Reliable Enterprises Visitation Services

The Reliable Enterprises’ Visitation Services is a new program connecting children and families through supervised court ordered visits. From meager beginnings with 18 specialists serving 75 families in January of 2016, to 94 specialists serving over 650 families today, the program serves 8 counties including Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis, Cowlitz, Clark, and Skamania. We provide a dedicated one on one service for families as they reconnect together and develop strong family skills. Our goal will always be helping families reconnect and provide a culturally sensitive environment for reunification of parents with their children.

The program is currently managed by Lola Toloba, Duke White, and Steve Koreis-MacLeod. They can be reached at ltoloba@reliableenterprises.orgwwhite@reliableenterprises.orgskoreismacleod@reliableenterprises.org or by phone at 360-736-9558 ext 110. If you are interested in becoming a visitation specialist and would like to know more, please see the Visitation Pamphlet. This is what Connecting Families Visitation Services mean to those on the front line.

“My job has a purpose. I have been a visitation specialist for about a year and a half. I have watched success happen. One family I, had the pleasure of working with since the child was two weeks old. The child just turned one. I have watched the child grow up and watched the mother gain confidence in herself. ” Jill Page, Visitation Specialist, Chehalis

“It is a privilege to be a part of the glue reconnecting families!!”  Susan Gonzales, Visitation Specialist, Chehalis

“A six year old child said, “I like you penny…I am safe to be with mommy.  I love to be with mommy now that I go with you.”  Penny Young, Visitation Specialist, Vancouver

“This company strives to offer hope to the hopeless, and shine some light in what can be a very dark world. We help to rebuild homes, and heal families that have known a great deal of brokenness. We are not here to judge, but to support, provide accountability, and to facilitate and help strengthen the connections within the family unit.”  Dean Goff Jr., Visitation Specialist, Vancouver

“I like being part of this program because I feel I am making a difference in the life of a family. Being a visitation specialist means helping a little bit of bringing a family back together. I wanted to find a job that at the same time I am providing for my own family I am helping another family as well. And this is exactly what I was looking for”.  Alejandro Gutierrez Camacho, Visitation Specialist, Onalaska

“As a visitation specialist I am able to help facilitate the reunification of families in our communities. Without service providers many families are left in tiny rooms, visit after visit with limited opportunity to interact. Providing visitation services to families lessens the burden on children’s administration social workers and increases the quality time children and families have together. Visitation services are lacking in many communities and Connecting Families Visitation Services has begun to close that gap. I am honored to be a part of Connecting Families and grateful to serve these families and communities”. Heather Hansen, Visitation Specialist, North Bonneville

“I am encouraged to provide visitation services to families who are building a better bond between each other. When I see the smiles on the children and parents face it makes it all worth it”.  Brenda Heldreth, Visitation Specialist, Chehalis

Although only one piece to the family-reunification puzzle, the opportunity we provide for safe, family interaction …. brings a glimpse of hope, to those most adversely effected in this time of crisis. Steve Koreis-Macleod, Visitation Specialist, Centralia
